Startup Week is powered by the community
Organizations and individuals are welcome to host additive events during Startup Week that are educational, actionable, inspiring and celebratory for founders and entrepreneurs.
Think of RDSW as the “platform” for the ecosystem to plug and play. Partner hosts can operate freely (with a few ground rules for engagement) and RDSW will promote events on the centralized conference platform and all marketing materials/channels.
Past partner events have included networking happy hours, coffee meetups, skills workshops, and more.
The who, what, and why
- Who: Organizations, businesses, and individuals that are invested in the Raleigh-Durham Startup Community.
- What: “Give first” educational and/or networking events in alignment with RDSW’s mission (not sales demos or customer acquisition events)
- When: Scheduled between Monday, April 19 and Sunday, April 25 at any time except between 12:30pm-5:00pm — that's when formal RDSW programming is
- How: You own all logistics for the event, including venue, staffing, and any associated costs. RDSW provides marketing and promotion through the calendar, newletter, and social media channels.
